Please include your full name, date of birth, and details of your request so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

What is a GEEP?

A GEEP (Generic Emergency Evacuation Plan) is a building-specific safety plan designed to ensure everyone can leave the premises safely in the event of an emergency, such as a fire.

This includes:

  • Patients
  • Visitors
  • Individuals who may need mobility or additional assistance

GEEPs help our team make sure that appropriate support and procedures are in place to allow a safe and efficient evacuation for all occupants.

Why might I need a GEEP?

You may benefit from a GEEP if:

  • You have mobility difficulties
  • You require assistance to leave the building
  • You have a disability or health condition that could affect your ability to evacuate safely

What happens next?

Once we receive your email:

  1. Our team will review your request
  2. We may contact you for further information
  3. A suitable evacuation plan will be considered and put in place if required

Important Information

  • GEEPs are part of our commitment to patient safety
  • If you need urgent assistance while in the building, please speak to a member of staff immediately

If you need help requesting a GEEP, please ask at reception and a member of our team will be happy to assist.
