Hartland Way Surgery is inviting all patients who provide care and support to a family member, friend, or neighbour to attend our upcoming Carers Event.
Whether you are a paid or unpaid carer, we would love to meet you and help you learn more about the support available in your local community.
đź“… Date: Tuesday 29 September 2026
đź•‘ Time: 2:00pm
📍 Venue: Shirley Community Library
We will be joined by a range of local organisations who will be showcasing the services and support available to carers, including:
This is a great opportunity to find out what help is available, ask questions, and connect with organisations that can support you in your caring role.
We would also like to hear from you. If there are any topics, concerns, or areas of support that you would like us to cover during the event, please let us know.
Contact the practice and speak to Debbie, our Carer Champion, who will be happy to pass on your suggestions and ensure your views help shape the event.
If you would like to participate, please speak to a member of our reception team and we will add your name to the attendance list.
We look forward to welcoming you and celebrating the valuable contribution that carers make every day.
